An Urgent Meeting is a Horde-only quest for level 7-10 in Orgrimmar. It rewards 180 experience.
I've been looking for you all over Orgrimmar, <name>.
Warlord Grimaxe has delivered her mission report to the warchief. The Horde has need of you once again.
I was ordered to find you and deliver the message without delay. It has been an honor to fight alongside you, <name>.

Bugged? I can't turn in the quest; Breka has a white question mark. I've tried /reload and abandoning / re-accepting the quest, both talking to Fizzlepop and not talking to Fizzlepop.
Still bugged two days after 9.0.1 pre-patch...
Edit: I was able to abandon, reacquire quest and turn in.
Also, the bug is under the category of "Stormwind City." I guess I need to run over to the Grommash Hold in Stormwind City!
