When accepting the quest, the caption that shows up underneath the image of the slime reads "Angry Slime - Perhaps it was beaten as a young slime."
It feels as if the humor that surrounds the Forsaken has gotten much darker with the new quests, something that amuses me to no end.
This quest is found in a new way added in Cataclysm. Killing an Angry Blight Slime will trigger this quest, allowing you to accept it and kill more.
In addition, the quest name is a reference to Scrubbing Bubbles cleaning product. It's mascot is a large dome shaped brush with a flat bottom and a smiling face on the front, almost exactly like the mob you kill in the quest.

Description
These blight slimes seem to be really angry. They've even got a faint outline of an angry humanoid face in their ectoplasm. You don't think Hinott would be too happy about having non-compliant slimes working the slime pools. Kill any angry blight slimes that you see and try to get a lock on a breeding pool.
