TheWoWDB19 January. There seems to be a common "bug" where your progress bar gets "stuck" at 90% after you complete the daily quests.
I tried finding [npc=162181] and killing, handing in all the daily quests and exiting the game completely and logging back in.
Turns out you need to ALSO hand in the new one-off quests up to and including To the Moon

Don't turn this in to the Arik Scorpidsting hanging out by the King. He is also in the desert when you finish this quest. Follow the Eye of Nzoth icon to find him. It may be hidden under a blue ! Daily Quest icon.
