TheWoWDBI had done part of these quests and then put it aside and do other things. When I finally returned I wasn't sure how to pick this up again. You can go back to Brill but there is no one there. If you have this issue open the map. Find the little bubble with the bronze dragon [npc=141488] in Tirisfal Glades that will change the timeline. Talk to her and change it to the present time and the quests and quest givers will reappear.
