TheWoWDBA really easy way to do this if you're undergeared, can't find a solid group, can't kill a lot by yourself etc, is to kill the four packs of Shadowheart Fiends around 60, 21 by Xanzith the rare spawn. Each imp has 78k health and gives 1% of the quest progression bar, just realm hop around AoEing all of them for a quick easy daily.
Important: if you realm hop to a raid group, be sure to leave after aggroing the imps and before killing them, you don't get quest credit in a raid. You will stay tethered to the realm until you leave combat.

is it doable at 110lvl? beacuse it doesnt show me any progression

There was recently an issue with the quest that has since been addressed. With that said, players who were working on this during the time of the fix will find that they are unable to complete quest progression. If you experience this, you are encouraged to drop the quest and reacquire before reattempting. Please note that you will lose any progress you have made towards this quest.
