If you're looking for the Draenor Intro zone, it can be found here: [zone=7025].
This zone is the level 100 only Tanaan, available starting with 6.2.
Accessible (generally) only if you have the new Shipyard ([building=207]) built in your Garrison, accessing the zone requires a certain amount of progression through an associated quest series.
Note that, currently, building a [building=205] - [building=207] requires a level 3 Garrison.
There are other ways to access Tanaan, the foremost of which Flying; however, if you don't unlock Tanaan via the method above, you will not have access to the normal Buildings or Vendors.
In Tanaan, you will find:
level 100 content
a world boss Supreme Lord Kazzak, this timeline's [npc=18728] (near the Throne of Kil'Jaeden)
a 13 boss raid instance [zone=7545], the Iron Horde's fortress
a new Herb type, Withered Herb, which can have any Draenor Herb
a new School of Fish, Felmouth Frenzy
new battle pets
Garrison Resources
Oil
Apexis
etc.
In this zone, you will find Felblight, which can sometimes be harvested from:
Withered Herb? nodes
Ore nodes
Skinning mobs
Fishing from the new Felmouth Frenzy Schools.
Obtaining Felblight from these methods does not seem to require a certain lower Threshold of skill level. It seems you can currently obtain Felblight even at very low levels of Herbalism, Mining, Skinning, and Fishing.
Felblight is used in many new item upgrades and a couple of other new recipes.

In primordial Tanaan, even the plants have teeth. Darkling fronds stab out at unlucky wanderers, or conceal canyons that plunge miles deep beneath the canopy - and these are far from the jungle’s worst dangers. Each day, warlords fell even wider stretches of Tanaan’s wilderness, striving to construct an apocalyptic device that will finally rend the gates of space and time for conquest unending.
Tanaan Jungle is the zone that existed before Hellfire Peninsula was destroyed by Ner'zhul's portals. Adventurers first encounter this place during the introductory events for Warlords of Draenor, as we attempt to disable the Dark Portal from the other side and stop the invaders from reaching Blasted Lands for good.
Within the vast jungle are the main forces of the Iron Horde, the Bleeding Hollow Clan lead by Kilrogg Deadeye and the site where Garrosh interrupted the drinking of Mannoroth's blood, changing not just the zone, but leading the whole continent into an uncertain future...
