TheWoWDBThis might not be the case for everyone, but for me the reason I could not accept a "Back to the Cove" quest is because I had accepted the quest "Defending the Rift". Once I abandoned that quest, I was able to pick up the quest "Back to the Cove" and after turning it in accept "Defending the Rift" again.
