As far as I know it's not bugged, but there are multiple statues of 'Priestess Siralen's Statue' The female statues look all the same, as do the male statues (as far as you can call a statue male or female) There are always 2 statues with each other, so there's never one alone. Most of the time the statues are looking at each other
For people interested in the lore, it should be noted that the female statues all look alike. They can most likely not be considered accurate representations of the allegedly depicted characters.

I know most everyone in this cave thinks that we're not in a position to be worrying about anything but our own hides right now, but I cannot dismiss my ancestors so readily. This was one of the royal cities of the elves in the days when Azshara was queen. In this city lie the keys to lore long lost and artifacts of unimaginable historical value. All I want from you, while you're out in the city proper, is to keep a watchful eye out for objects of significance.
