To solve this..1. Remove yourself from the table
2. Check her location.
3. Get back on the table.
4. Throw at her location and leave the table instantlyThis will hit her even when you are out of the table, thus completing the World quest.

Do not Confuse the little human Version of Proffesor Initosa with the Blue Dragon version (Which is the one u need)
Once you have hit your 10 x Eager Freshscale targets you need to hit an unshielded Proffesor Initosa -
This is a big BLUE DRAGON (top of the screen / right centre) . Wait until shield drops off then throw the food !
If you see the human Proffesor Initosa - u need to re flip the table.
If your character doesn't duck behind the table when you click it, giving you a new bar to throw food, then relog. Reloading did not work for me.
