I don't know why, but it took me forever to find the damn entrance to the bar. In case you missed it, if you're standing next to the quest giver, and facing southwest, go through the doorway in front of you and take an immediate left.
The hardest part of this quest is actually finding the bar.

Description
Those no-good, smelly, green in the gills goblins have got it coming! I want you to go into the Speedbarge Bar, order a bottle of grog, and hit one over the head with it! Show them that we're not going to take any more of their insolence, {name}!
