Once Bladesman Inowari reaches Rank 20 within the Waveblade Ankoan (Alliance), you will be given this quest that will give you the pet. Similar to The Unshackled (Horde) equivalent, Poen Gillbrack when he reaches Rank 20.
Surprisingly, both pets have the EXACT same abilities.
