For those without coordinates: It's in the room downstairs right before the second boss, in the left top corner. It is not in a place where it might attract skippable mobs so you can just grab it at anytime.
You have to join a group to [zone=7805] (normal, heroic or mythic (not mythic+)). [object=252266] can be found next to a wall in a hallway where you'll be ambused by mobs (before the second boss). You also have to defeat [npc=99611] for quest, so dont leave asap.

I'm willing to bet there's a book in there on jewelcrafting that could come in handy for us. Go there and bring me back anything you find.
