You can NOT loot the Sulfate on Normal difficulty, as someone else suggested somewhere.
The item, if you look on your map, is in the "Ravenshold" level of the dungeon, in the second room that shoots off from the main circle, before you continue up the next flight of stairs. You will find it to your left upon entering the room, sitting between two wheel-like things.
I ran this heroic dungeon and left after killing the last boss without checking the quest progress, thinking the item I
needed was looted off the last boss. I came back on normal difficulty, per belief that I could get the item, but not the boss kill credit (didn't matter, I already had it).Hope this clears some things up and others won't have to run this dungeon three times in a row like me!

The [item=136812] is near the bottom of the main stairs. It is guarded by a [npc=98813], so if you run down alone to get the item after the last boss is dead, make sure you have a stun or something available.
Try to get your group to go into the small room and kill the npcs as you go up the stairs. You can see on the quest item when you are at the same level.
Can be done on Heroic difficulty
You need to go to the [zone=7805] and get the [item=136812] right before the 3-d boss [npc=98949]
You also need to craft 1xFlask of the Countless Armies

Description
The next ingredient on the list will supposedly add strength to the mix, according to Deucus. I've heard of it before, but haven't really used it. It's called Sabelite Sulfate, and it's said the elves of Black Rook Hold use it in their blacksmithing. Something like that won't just be lying around. You may have to delve deep into the hold to find it. And due to its weight, I may need a concoction of yours to compensate, something to give me a bit more strength.
