No one tells the CORRECT way to collect the vial.
As mentioned above, you need to summon the imp first.
AND YOU NEED TO BE HIT BY THE WARP CHASER.
Then you will get a 100% drop rate.
You never realize it if you are a melee class. You will think its 100% drop rate.
You will get frustrated if you are a ranged dps who kills them without being single hit. You get 0% drop rate unless you get charged by them.
My hunter killed 20+ and got none. I made a lot of experiment to find it out after cursing Blizz for a couple of minutes. :-P

Description
The blood of the warp chasers in this area is a powerful and rare reagent. It's one of my biggest sellers. Normally, I take my imp, Zeppit, out to help me gather it. Warp chaser blood is simply too caustic to be handled safely by you or I, but it doesn't bother Zeppit. Things are getting busier here at the shop, so if I send Zeppit with you, will you help gather the blood? Zeppit's attention tends to wander, so you'll need to be close to the chaser when it dies for Zeppit to do his work.
