People don't seem to realize this, because I never see anyone else attacking the mobs, but just like in Azj'kahet if you stand in the black blood and get enough stacks of Unseeming Shift, then you can see mobs that you couldn't see otherwise. And yes, they DO count for this quest.

FYI, was standing at 70.16, 92.97, fighting the Enveloping Bloodeater. Twice on this same one, I "disconnected" while fighting it. When I came bac the first time, I moved away to recharge. The second time, I came back almost dead and it finished the job. Moving on to the other stuff. Watch this B.E.!

What to do
Description
The horrors of the Black Blood here cannot be underestimated. The strength of it in this place is causing my visions to feel distant, like odd whispers. Kill the manifestations of this rot, before they grow stronger.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Pamsy's Prized Pump
I got a team of engineers. All of them got families. They keep having horrible accidents and infections from the Black Blood. I just couldn't stand another death. I opened the wall. I wanted it to bring us some hope. You show up and want to stop the Black Blood.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Found Family
