TheWoWDBThis is a world quest that shows up when you side with Bilgewater Cartel. It requires you to "patch" 7 pipes. When you "patch" it, it will spawn 1-3 slimes. All good and all but they also drop market research item needed for Darkfuse Rep. I got exhauslted in couple of hours... Invite a friend, convert to raid, and keep patching and spawning slimes. Also use the items you get from Darkfuse Quartermaster to increase drop rate of market research. Stay in raid and find a spot that has 2 pipes to patch that will fit within the radius of the Prototype Auto-Advertiser. Now fill your raid and have fun. More detailed strategy coming as soon as I finish writing it.

If the mobs in the area are ethereals, you are phased for the Campaign quests in the area. Finish the quests there from Breaking the Shackles storyline [storyline=5615]:
Ethereal Invasion
and
Phase ShiftThe area will phase back to slimes and other mobs in the area and you'll be able to click the Leaky Gaskets and complete the world quest.
For some reason, it was buggy - where you would click on the gear and nothing would happen. Logged out and logged back in fixed it, in my case, where the hand icon would display and then it would generate the agitated or corpulent slimes.
