Bluefeather Banners

We are all used to seeing the banner on our backs, the icon next to the quest, or even the yellow ghost banners on the ground. Well, you will get the banner on your back, it's not blue.

If you didn't read ElviraBanks or Nevarii's comments, do this. The minute the "World" quest pops up, fly to the top of the mountain on the side facing the main city. There is a place with those screeching hags we all hate, a cave with eggs and other stuff - these are all on a lower level. ALL DISTRACTIONS.

You are looking for the gold/yellow/glowing rings as we fly through when we do the dragon racing. It will throw you off for a second because this area has three races. But if you look inside the circles, they are as big as the racing ones, with yellow/gold/glowing flags inside the rings. All of them are very tight against the wall, but they are not hard to get through, and you don't have to be perfect as long as you touch the ring.

Once you've done it, you can mark it as one of those easy ones when you need X # of World Quests for a week!

EDITED (4.29.2023) Since this posting, I've found two other locations - East Azure Shores and lower Waking Shores (South of the Dragonbane Keep Siege Staging area - Right around Apex Conservatory. Those don't seem as straightforward and seem to be in a much tighter area. There are ups and downs and almost like in figure 8 patterns. You will need to take more time and effort. The nice thing is you can leave the area and return if you get just one. That is what I did. I was heading to the Siege about 8 minutes before the start. After getting six banners, I could not find the last four easily. I left to get the Siege credit, and when I was finished, I flew back and immediately had the world quest reappear. The last four were not easier but I wasn't in a hurry.

You have to go and place banners by dragonriding to each banner. There will be a big circle around them, looking a bit like the ones you see when racing and flying through them counts as putting a flag.
This is not a race though, so take your time. Obviously having full talent tree in dragonriding will help.

The easiest way to do this. Take a taxi to Gelikyr Post and coast all the way down.
