My pally was not offered this quest on hitting renown 6 even though I still need mog from it. I've started to notice cosmetic weapon reward quests not being offered if 1) I have all the rewards or 2) if that toon doesn't normally use that type of weapon. In this case the pally can't learn any of the cosmetic weapons I have left to learn (Staff/Dagger). Next toon to reach renown 6 is my druid and she WAS given the quest. So feel pretty sure no quest will be offered if there is nothing that Blizz deems as learnable by that toon. Would rather some kind of token reward (gold or supplies) be offered in this case and still get the quest. Odd design choice.

Description
Greetings mortal, I have word from our Head Gardener Gryrmpech. The word is that the gardens are in a state of chaos, but I don't know if that is abnormal. They assured me that they have it in hand--actually, 'in shovel' is the phrase they used. I am not sure what they are meaning; I am sure they will fill you in. Please, seek them out and they will outfit you appropriately for the situation.
