I try really hard to be respectful when I submit bug reports but jfc this world quest, which is available to me at level 65, requires me to pick up Time-Lost Relics, which I cannot do below level 70. Who designed this? Flat out unacceptable design and I damn well let them know it.
As other comments have stated, don't waste your time if your below 70. Went to do this for a fresh 60+ alt for a 226 trinket and the relics cannot be looted.
