Bones and Arrows (ID 13193)

Bones and Arrows is a Horde-only PvP quest for level 25-30 in Wintergrasp. It rewards 4,100 experience and money.

Description

Why would they set me to the task of arming our archers? I was a poet, not a ranger! Well, no use complaining. <name>, I am in need of dragon bone for our arrowheads.

Travel to the Forest of Shadows on the western side of Wintergrasp. Ever since the last skirmish, the Alliance have been scavenging dragon bones in the area. Slay them and take the bones.

If that fails, you might be lucky and get one from the spirits in the area. I hear they love to impale their living victims on the bones as they die.

It does NOT have to be done during WG-events. Other words, you can do the quest whenever you feel like.

Just grind shadow spirits around 18, 50.
Drop rate is very low, i killed about 60 to get 10 drops

This must have been taken care of by Blizzard, since today I got 100% drop rate from 10 wandering shadows in the area. They also have a chance to drop crystallized shadow. (Note: my character is Alliance but Horde controlled WG at the time. I was able to pick up, complete, and turn in this quest while Horde had WG.)
