A fun little tip for anyone doing this quest. If you keep the quest and don't complete it right away, you can complete it in any BFA zone and earn the appropriate "Tour of duty" Achie. I accidentally kept it and got my Tour of Duty: Vol'dun this way.
Sometimes it looks like you're supposed to turn in the quest at the Wintergrasp flight master, but when you go there there's no NPC to talk to. If so, check the middle of the keep, the NPCs might be standing there instead.

Description
Commander Zanneth might be satisfied with a pile of Horde corpses at his feet, but controlling Wintergrasp is of the utmost importance to the Valiance Expedition. Make sure it remains in our control. However, don't think we'll just let you stand around while your allies do your dirty work for you. If you're not at least a second level recruit by the end of the battle, don't come back.
