TheWoWDBAt time of writing (patch day 1 in EU), this seems bugged for me after the stage of collecting the vial of water. I cannot interact with the first spirit stone.
Edit: Solution here is to not be a lemon like me. Stand *directly* on top of the stone and an extra action button will appear.

I haven't worked with Shandris long, but... it's unusual for her to act like that. But it doesn't matter. While she deals with logistics, you and I should go ahead and find a way to cleanse these stones. Maybe Shae'lune knows what to do next.
