Turn into Talisa Whisperbloom at 49:62. She did not show up for me until I left and came back to the emerald dream.
Doesn't give reputation, but gives a chance for relatively nice starter gear like the Renown Weekly. Very nice for alts. But I wish the seed planting to help other nodes would count for this quest too. Or like filling 50% of a node. In crowded servers and busy times this may be painful.

The Emerald Dream is about the harmony and balance of nature. For Amirdrassil to bloom, we need a rich variety of plants growing alongside the world tree. Plant seeds wherever you find fertile soil.
