Blooming Dreamseeds is a quest for level 70 in Emerald Dream, added in Dragonflight. It rewards 1 reward item.
The Emerald Dream is about the harmony and balance of nature. For Amirdrassil to bloom, we need a rich variety of plants growing alongside the world tree. Plant seeds wherever you find fertile soil.

Now requires planting three dreamseeds, down from five.
Turn into Talisa Whisperbloom at 49:62. She did not show up for me until I left and came back to the emerald dream.
Doesn't give reputation, but gives a chance for relatively nice starter gear like the Renown Weekly. Very nice for alts. But I wish the seed planting to help other nodes would count for this quest too. Or like filling 50% of a node. In crowded servers and busy times this may be painful.
“The bloom of a plant infused with lifebloom essence. These rare sprouts have powerful aesthetic and revitalizing properties. Used to procure items from Talisa Whisperbloom in the Central Encampment.”
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

TheWoWDB/way #2200 49.8 62.1Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Emerald Dream, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Emerald Dream:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
