Can you tell what the hell is going on with this world quest?
I've been waiting for months for it to show up to deliver the items and get the pet and I haven't seen it for a single day.
And yes, I have the reputation with the Dragon Expedition at 25 and the escalation missions unlocked.
So is this another classic moment from Blizzard where this WQ is just not reappearing on the list of quests to complete? Been waiting since patch drop for this to reappear and its just two inventory spots permanently waiting till they decided to let the quest appear.
