I would remove the image of Deepholm. It seems like this is dependent on skill level, not location. It could come from any 80+ mob in the Cataclysm zones. I got it off a Gilgoblin in Kelp'thar Forest in Vashj'ir.
For those who are wondering if you need a specific skill or specialization called "Restoration" (because it says "Requires Restoration"), you don't. It says that because the [Broken Owl Figuring] is, well, obviously broken. It "requires restoration" to become [Figurine - Dream Owl].
