TheWoWDBCurrently, it goes like this: you can loot a BoP broken demon panther figurine (I assume it's a world drop for jewelcrafters). Clicking on the item gives you a quest, which requires 475 JC, to repair the figurine. You need 2 demonseyes (obviously!), 5 elementium bars and 5 Obsidium bars. When you complete the quest, you receive the Figurine - Demon Panther (Note that it's BoP).
It's very similar to the Broken Blade of Heroes.

Is this really hunter, rogue, druid only? My enhancement shaman has only been able to find the two caster figurines.
Got this with my enhancement shaman tonight, so if the drop really was limited to hunters, rogues and druids before, it is not anymore.
Edit: Confirmed by blue, this has been hotfixed to drop for shaman:
- Shaman were unable to obtain Design: Figurine - Demon Panther from Neferset Looters. This has been corrected.
