If you are searching for one of these do it on a Warrior/Paladin with cataclysm jewel crafting level 25 or higher.
I killed thousands of mobs on a druid with max level JC and nothing... swapped to a paladin, leveled JC to 25, then killed about 8 mobs in deepholm and POOF there it was.

I can confirm as of 08/05/2024, even tho it was announced sometimes in 2023, they drop regardless of class, but as long JC 25+.
All 4 figurines (maybe more?) from several resets in [zone=333] , just killing [npc=53021] and [npc=24047].
