TheWoWDBThe [item=85278] are not only found imbedded in the stone walls in the area (a couple are in the flagstones as well) but they also drop from [npc=63610] and [npc=63611]. My experience puts the drop rate from the mobs at about 20% so by killing the 15 Shao-Tien required for Painting the Ruins Red You may get 4 or 5. Therefore for it is more efficient to just search for them in the walls.
