Similar to Things Left Behind, this can eat up more time than it's worth. It's not uncommon to fly around for half an hour without finding any chests, even with the help of HandyNotes or some such. Take this quest at the beginning of your daily chores and hope you're lucky enough to stumble on 3 chests in the process.
It looks like the Black Empire Caches have fixed locations. Here are some I've found that can be plugged into TomTom:

Description
I understand that the Black Empire poses a grave threat to Pandaria, but we may also use this as an opportunity! Though we've faced them several times before, very little is known about the Old Gods or N'Zoth's mysterious realm of Ny'alotha. When studying ancient civilizations, we often rely on artifacts to unlock the deepest mysteries lost to time. I wonder if some such artifacts could be found among the Old God's forces? It can't hurt to check, right?
