I cannot see this quest on any of my toons level 80 or above. Some have already been to Vashj'ir some have not. Not sure if this was in Beta only or if it made it over to production.
must be 80 to get this quest, its wierd how burning crusade you could go to at 58, but have to be 80 on this xpansion
