TheWoWDBIn case you came to the ruins of Stromgarde to resurrect him like I did, which is at Eastern Kingdom > Arathi Highlands > /way 22.6, 60.77 after the Lich King Spoke to you about it. Don't bother, because you wont be able to do it. You'll have to wait till you get the quest.

For some weird reason LK speaks to you about him when you hit 101 lvl. DONT BOTHER GOING TO ARATHI AT THIS POINT YET! You actually have to wait until you get The Ruined Kingdom from [npc=93437] at lvl 103.
I just went there... and then here to find out I'm too early :)
