TheWoWDBIf you are having a hard time trying to find this and get it started, recommend looking in your quest log for A Sign From The Sky or A Falling Star under [zone=7502] tab.
Once you complete this quest chain, you will be able to get the [champion=755] and [champion=479] as your level 103 champions.Don't be like me and not do it since it sends you to [zone=7767], I thought I shouldn't do it till level 110 but the section it sends you to scales to your level.

You'll need to place [item=140763] in your Class Hall which will lead you to gathering 6 Paladins for counsel in another quest sequence to The Scion's Legacy. Once you have chosen one of the 4 strategies (just go after Balnazzar) and completed a follower mission The Highlord's Command, the next in the sequence is To Faronaar. Once you finish that sequence you'll get quick recruiting quests for [champion=479] and [champion=755] back at the Class Hall.
You need to complete A Falling Star quest, to be eligible to do order hall campaing quests from level 103 onward.
