Commander on Deck!

You need to combine Smashed Portal Generator with a Conductive Sheath, an Arc Circuit and a Power Cell, all items found off the mobs near the Terminus.

Vishax's Portal is at 77.55, 74.75 on the ramp at Terminus.
Using the portal teleports you up to the Terminus.

Squadron Commander Vishax has a large health pool.
During the fight:
- occasionally half of the platform is targeted by a barrage of fel. Easy to move out of.
- he targets you with a Massive Slam, it knocks you straight up, shouldn't knock you off, but be careful.
- He targets your location with Artillery Strike, after a few seconds the strike will hit for some damage. Easy to move out of.

Vishax can be stunned.

He dropped me 14 x Veiled Argunite and an Otherworldy Trophy.

After completing the quest, you can re-use the portal. Just click it to activate it again!

OK, so this was a serious pain to find.

So, when you go up the ramp, and it splits, head RIGHT. You will HAVE to fight through at least two of those huge guys, four medium guys, and one soulseer who isn't anything.

When you get to the very end of the right side of the ramp and you've dealt with the two medium guys at the end, the portal is on your LEFT, opposite the PET BATTLE. You won't see any green light. The portal won't be in your bag. It's literally two rocks that look vaguely frame-like.

For Affliction warlock, 928, the actual battle with Vishax was seriously breezy. I used my infernal, and aside from the occasional need to move out of the floor mechanics (which are static, so easy to avoid - the fel bombs switch sides of the deck, when he slams, you go straight up and it does no damage if you're behind him, and the artillery strike is a circle you just step out of. He never turned away from my infernal, who took no damage. The fight does take awhile to finish if your dps is low, but other than that, the worst part is actually GETTING THERE.

Got the other 3 items within 5 min after having [item=152890] drop for me. Spent 30 min farming before that. So maybe we have to get [item=152890] before the others can drop. Or it could just be complete RNG that made this happen to me.
