@Wierdunclebob He wrote his comment back when few people had done the quest (It was implimented in 2.1). At that time, Wowhead did now show this, since it took some time to gather the data. The only redundant post here, is yours, I'm afraid. Besides, you will find the same situation on several other pages on Wowhead.
For hunters like me going back through these quests at 85 to tame Gezzarak, you need to talk to the Arakkoa in the cage (just next to the guy you turned the last quest in to) to start the next part of this chain. I went a bit nuts for a second wondering if I missed something since the blood elf didn't give me a follow-up quest.

Description
This almanac presages the return of Terokk, the most powerful and terrible Skettis king in arakkoa history. I always believed this to be the mere legend, {name}. The return of the talonpriests and your recovery of this tome indicate otherwise. With each day, Terokk comes closer to returning to full strength. Your only chance is to bring him to our world prematurely. Return to Skettis and speak to Adaris about this. Let us hope he has the wisdom to do the right thing.
