By Any Means Necessary is a quest for level 15-30 in Terokkar Forest. It is step 35 of 78 in the Terokkar Forest storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Terokkar Forest at 50.0, 27.5. It rewards 4,100 experience.

Description

I don't know what to make of all of this, but I do know how we can find more clues.

Empoor is a Broken merchant that traffics in all sorts of goods and information. If you were to persuade him to talk, I'm sure he might have something interesting to say.

He travels the road here between Tuurem and Shattrath. Watch out, though -- he travels with a bodyguard.

Important to note: After the cross realm zoning was implemented it is very possible you will not see him patrol. To remedy this, fly or ride to shattrath, zone into shat and turn right back around and go back to the forest. Doing so will set the path to the current quests you have and will be able to see him.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

  • It's Watching You!Terokkar Forest · Level 15-30

Quick, hide! The eyes of Naphthal'ar are upon you... upon us all! I dare not go to the top of the tower to speak with it, but you... you look as if you might know the right words to say. Just be careful, it doesn't like jokes and will not suffer fools easily.

After this quest

  • Wind Trader LathraiShattrath City · Level 15-30

I was asked to pick up and deliver some boxes of goods from an ethereal in Shattrath City. Last I saw him, he was standing outside of the World's End Tavern in Lower City. His name is Wind Trader Lathrai, and that's all that I know! Want more answers, go talk with him!
