I had a hell of a time trying to get Warlord Zaela to appear for me due to phasing. This zone in particular seems to suffer quite a lot from phasing issues, this is not my first phasing problem with this zone.

I tried so many different things, logging in, logging out, /reloading, flying up and dying, almost everything.

There were some quests for unlocking Vulpera just south of this camp, what I figured was to clear these quests in order to shape up; it didn't happen.

What I ended up doing was approaching the encampment by 52,69 on a ground mount and finally I was able to see the NPCs in order to turn in "Crushblow"

I hope this is detailed enough to help anyone who might face this issue in the future, but I think it might only be an issue for people of high level that are going back to get this rep

If the npcs don't show up and you have tried aaall the things: do the vulpera-quests until you have to go to Orgrimmar. So you go to Origrimmar, turn in q, accept the new one which wants you to go to Zuldazar but instead you go back to TH and finally the npcs show up and you can turn in the quest!

Description

You've more than proved your intent and your abilities. With Grim Batol cut off and the black dragons routed, the Twilight's Hammer are cornered in their Citadel. Go to your leaders. You should find them west, at Crushblow. Let them know that when the attack on the Twilight Citadel begins, the red flight shall fill the skies above. You may not be able to atone for all of the sins your allies have committed, but in this one battle, we shall be by your side. The Twilight's Hammer will fall.
