Crushed Underfoot is a quest for level 50 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards 6,800 experience and money.
In the past, the mantid would safeguard their hatchlings in incubation chambers until they were ready to be tested in the swarm.
These Vil'thik are sloppy, however, allowing their larvae to scurry out in the open.

If you are a stealth class, you can sneak into the area at /way 7, 71 and complete the entire quest there. There are about 20 larva there. As a non-stealther, you can just fight the 2 elite guards at the door to get in.
*Edit: Second identical location with also a bunch of larva: /way 6.3, 41.6.
If you are not a stealth class or do not like fighting elites, try /way 22.4, 36.5. You will find a round table with glowing orange stuff on the top. Three larva spawn at a time with plenty of trash for your weeklies.
