Found it: After you go past the initial barrier, as the bottom of the "ramp" you can go left or right.

To the right is the long way to the guy with the huge anvil: this is the wrong one.

To the left should be two flame elemtal types and a single dwarf - in the middle of that mini "cul-de-sac" is the anvil to crush the cores.

Description

These searing guardians are murderous! We destroy them, and within minutes, they reignite from the ashes. I think there's a way to destroy them permanently, but we'll need someone who can fight through the front ranks. {name}, kill the searing guardians and take their smoldering cores to the nearby anvils. Smash them on the Twilight Anvils, and destroy them for good!
