I found all mobs just north of Razaan's Landing around 67.40.

For those without cords. Just follow the road north from Toshley's Station and you will see them on your left side of the road. Around the fork where you can turn of to Ruuan Weald. The mobs continue spawns very far north aswell so.. There is plenty ;) Enjoy!
Good luck!
