You can do BOTH of them at one spot (29, 42) just south west of Sanctum of the Moon.

Mistbats are just outside Farstrider enclave. The spiders are way on the other side on the Tainted Scar past the Underlight mines (past 31, 48) though just off the road. I suggest doing Mistbats right away but doing spiders as you do another quest in that direction.
