Umm, I think Blizzard may have forgotten a little plot-point here. When we killed the possessed butcher, his dying quote was "Heh... heh... Shipments have already gone out..." Which implies that
1. Some of the human-turned-pigs were turned into sausages and shipped out.
2. Normal pigs tainted with the witch's curse were turned into food and shipped out.
3. BOTH!
