Deactivate An'owyn

Deactivate An'owyn is a Horde-only quest for level 1-30 in Ghostlands. It is step 30 of 41 in the Ghostlands storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Ghostlands at 60.3, 35.6. It rewards 3 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 5,150 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.

Description

Their moon crystals are scrying devices -- they're going to spy on us! I know that An'daroth can't provide enough power for that, but An'owyn, directly to the south, most definitely can!

From the plans I now have a basic knowledge of how these moon crystals work; enough to shut them down. They're keyed so that they can be turned off. You must go to An'owyn, retrieve the controlling orb from one of the night elves and then use it on the moon crystal to stop them from enacting their plan!

Hurry, <class>!

I had some trouble with this quest as it didn't tell the location of An'owyn, but it is right south of where you pickup the quest. Crystal Controlling Orb drops from the Sentinel Infiltrators that guard the crystal, it took me around 15 kills to get it.
