Many survivors from the House of Plagues are still in need help. Their suffering fills me with great sadness.
Maw Walker, I'd do anything to help them. Even saving a few is better than saving none.
Please, help me cure them!

This is bugged for me. Have tried reloading, dropping the quest, resummoning Roseboil - no ability to heal survivors appears.
EDIT: spell was hiding in my action bar. Im dumb
What a pain in the ass quest ! I eventually figured out NOT to target the plagued survivors before using Regenerative Molt.
and what a redicilous cd on the spell... i kept standing there waiting for 15 secs seing others healing my mobs.
Annoying.
It is still bugged for me , so if you are having same problem 1) Recruit Roseboil and 2) Find Plague-Ridden Survivor and type /Use Regenerative Molt <-- you are welcome ^^
