What a pain in the ass quest ! I eventually figured out NOT to target the plagued survivors before using Regenerative Molt.
and what a redicilous cd on the spell... i kept standing there waiting for 15 secs seing others healing my mobs.
Annoying.
It is still bugged for me , so if you are having same problem 1) Recruit Roseboil and 2) Find Plague-Ridden Survivor and type /Use Regenerative Molt <-- you are welcome ^^
