you are probably here because when you got to the part where you're supposed to destroy the tank, you just exploded 10 times in a row for no reason.
the quest arrow points you in the wrong direction. if you follow it, you hit an invisible boundary and die
turn left on the road right by the control and just follow it
direction is north east
I tried several times to blow up the tank by standing by the back of the tank to no avail. The thing is that you have to be towards the front of the tank, then it works just fine.
