On the progress section she actually says "What do you have there, <your pvp rank>?"
When I did it she said "What do you have there, stone guard?"
Thought it was neat.
Confirmed- Quest is doable on MoP.
I got mine plans dropped off the lady demons on the second try (ONLY AFTER ACTIVATING THE LOW LEVEL QUESTS TRACKING! Before that I probably killed around ~40 demons and it didn't drop.)

The demon dropped this parchment, which is amazingly written in the Orcish tongue! The ones mentioned in it, Diathorus and Gorgannon, are the two infamous dreadlords that control the demons hereabouts. The plans detail preparations for a demonic attack on Splintertree Post to the northwest. You're certain that Valusha at Splintertree Post would be interested in these.
