Drungeld Glowerglare

Drungeld Glowerglare is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-30 in Wetlands. It is step 4 of 40 in the Wetlands storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Wetlands at 57.5, 71.8. It rewards 4 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

The Dark Iron clan is up to no good out here. And if that surprises you, you're thicker than the addled blotters over in that tent. Muradin may pay lip service to those sooty cretins back in Ironforge, but out here all bets are off.

We had a raid against the camp last night, and one raid is too many. Their leader's a stout fellow by the name of Glowerglare, and he's hiding in the cave on the south bank of the river.

Bring me Glowerglare's beard as proof he's no longer a threat to us and Ironforge.

If you're a ranged attacker and you pull this guy from outside his cave, don't be tempted to explore inside the cave after you defeat him. There's nothing at all in there, and he will respawn very quickly, and right on top of you, forcing you to fight him all over again.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Thresh Out of LuckWetlands · Level 10-30

The local wildlife's all messed up from the flood, it seems. This fen used to be full of crocolisks, but I haven't spotted a single one. What I have spotted are threshadons. Never used to be any here, so the flood must've swept them all right out of Loch Modan.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • A Dumpy JobWetlands · Level 10-30

Alright, I need you to help me find my dumpy level. What's that look for? That's right! I said my dumpy level! It's a piece of significant surveying equipment! I didn't name the bloody thing, alright? Go look it up!
