Ellia Ravenmane: Rematch is a quest for level 15-35 in Krasarang Wilds. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 6,000 experience and money.
Ellia Ravenmane requested a rematch with you. She seems to identify you as her "rival".
We discourage rivalries here within the Cradle of Chi-Ji, but we rarely decline a rematch request. You will find Ellia near the Pedestal of Hope, on the island's eastern side.

Adding to Calesta's comment: in the letter we receive, the word despair is currently misspelled as "dispair". Falric would be proud...
After defeating Ellia the second time, you receive mail from Thelonius.
"Before your match today, Ellia Ravenmane swelled with hope and pride. After your victory, she lost a lot of that hope.
Your lesson for today is that hope can turn into despair in a heartbeat. Ellia is learning this lesson the hard way."

Taken from the quest's prerequisites.
Chi-Ji is always with us. Even when he is not here in the Cradle, pieces of his spirit run through the forests and beaches of the island, watching us and testing us. Prove your dexterity in the eyes of Chi-Ji, <name>. Find and catch the spirits of the crane.
The cranes of Krasarang are a gift from Chi-Ji. Even the very feathers they leave behind are a gift for us to appreciate. We use these feathers to adorn our garments and to fletch arrows. But first... they must be gathered.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
