He runs a northward path following the river line. I would recommend running northeast of the cave to the river and then working south. I killed him at 47, 46 and he seems to start around 46,52.

Description
We need special flame for ritual. We need Elune's fire. Horoo's spirit wanders east of here. Horoo carries torch of Elune. Bring here so spirits rest. Aroom thanks you.
