Emerald Bounty

The Emerald Frenzy is a recurring timed event that shows up on your map as a bonus objective. When you mouse over the crossing swords icon on the map, it'll tell you how much time the event has left before it disappears.

This is a quest offered by Sylvia Whisperbloom where you have to contribute one dreamseed (either [item=208066], [item=208067], or [item=208047]) to an Emerald Bounty, which shows up on the map as turquoise seeds. Mousing over the icon will display the words "Emerald Bounty" in the tooltip and show you how many seeds of each type you have in your inventory. Then you have to collect [currency=2650] from Emerald Frenzies, which are recurring timed events that show up on the map as bonus objectives (crossed swords icon). You have to loot the [currency=2650] from the neutral mobs you kill within the Emerald Frenzy area. Once your progress bar reaches 100%, you'll earn credit for the quest. If you do not finish before the event disappears, you'll have to wait until the event comes back up and start your progress all over.

@Awowmaniac you collect [currency=2650] from the mobs you kill in that area. There's a progress bar that stops at 100%. If this isn't working for you, perhaps you have to complete the 4-quest chain offered by Sylvia Whisperbloom first? I'm not sure.
