To get the housing decor item "Stormwind Arched Trellis", take a new alliance (Human works best) to Northshire Abbey and do the below quests.

All quests took me less than 10 minutes with a level 80 (Lemix Toon).

**I did not have to do the quest "Extinguishing Hope".

Once I turned in the last quest, I got the quest "Report To Goldshire" which gives another housing decor item "Northshire Barrel"

Description

The rampaging orc horde is led by a savage beast known as Kurtok the Slayer! Kurtok is responsible for the recent invasion and must be killed if we are to have peace in the valley. Venture back east, across the river and through the vineyard, and look for the passage leading into the mountains. Kurtok will be there, preparing for another assault. Kill him and return to me.
